What we do and don't do (honestly).

We verify IDs on higher-value rentals — both sides. Your phone number stays hidden until you choose to share it. Deposits and condition photos are recorded on the platform so there's never a "she said / she said". What we don't do: hold money, insure outfits, or promise magic. We're the introduction, the calendar, and the record. The handshake is yours.
